HEALTH DATA ANALYTICS / LONDON
Helping private physiotherapy clinics turn data into better decisions, Stronger patient outcomes and healthier margins.
Most clinic software shows what happened. I help you understand why it happened, how patients are actually progressing and what to change next, using your appointment, clinical and financial data.
Every month, patient outcome data goes into your PM software and just sits there. You can see how many sessions someone had, but not whether recovery is faster or slower than it was for last year’s patients. You’ve thought about raising your prices, but you don’t have the numbers to back it up. And when a new marketing idea or intake process seems worth trying, there’s no real way to check if it worked.
Who's behind this
Trained to treat patients, now trained to read their data.
I'm Leena, a physiotherapist turned data scientist. I trained clinically across cardiovascular, neurological and MSK settings at KEM Hospital,Mumbai then completed an MSc in Health Data Science. I've sat on both sides of the chart, treating patients and building the models that make sense of their outcomes.

HOW I WORK
Analytics that stays close to the decision.
Discover & define
20‑minute call to understand your clinic, goals, and where the biggest questions sit, patient outcomes, capacity, or margins.
We agree what 'better' actually looks like for you before touching any data.
Analyse & prioritise
I analyse your appointment, clinical and financial data, tracking whether patients are progressing as they should, and where capacity or pricing is leaving money on the table.
You receive a short report with 3–5 prioritised actions and estimated impact on outcomes or margin.
Implement & measure
We review the actions together and decide what to change first.
Optional follow‑up after 8–12 weeks to see whether the changes worked.
LET’S MAKE THE DATA USEFUL
Whether you are trying to understand patient outcomes, fix a capacity problem, or make the case for a price change, we can begin with a focused conversation.
